Sleep Center of Indiana:

Having Trouble Sleeping?

People who are not sleeping well may have a condition called sleep apnea. People with sleep apnea often feel excessively sleepy during the day, perhaps falling asleep in front of the television or computer or in a car. Other symptoms may include headaches in the morning, feeling irritable or depressed or experiencing memory loss.
Patients may be referred to The Sleep Center of Indiana located on the The St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana campus.  (Click here for a map.) Please call  centralized scheduling at: 866-363-7535 for the next available appointment.

Do You Have Obstructive
Sleep Apnea?

This short Epworth Sleepiness questionnaire is used to screen patients for sleep disorders. It helps identify excessive daytime sleepiness--a common symptom of obstructive sleep apnea. Patients can fill it out and share the results with their physician.
