We provide a structured program for the recovery and rehabilitation of patients who have a cardiovascular illness. Cardiac patients and their families often have a variety of physical, social, and emotional challenges to overcome. They often require the services of several professionals, coordinated in a way that best meets the patients' needs.

The cardiac rehabilitation team is guided by the patient's cardiologist and consists of other Care Group physicians, nurses, exercise physiologists and rehabilitation assistants. Each patient advances through an exercise program under the direction of our professional healthcare providers.

The cardiac rehabilitation program is designed to facilitate the patient's return to an active, productive lifestyle. The program also promotes stress management and healthy lifestyle modifications.
