Welcome to The Care Group. We are a statewide network of cardiologists,
vascular specialists and primary care physicians whose mission is to provide a continuum of care to patients throughout the state of Indiana. A wide variety of diagnostic and treatment options, along with conveniently located facilities, allow testing to be performed on an outpatient basis, decreasing costs while maintaining the highest standards of
care.
